Recent developments

The new hand load holac-multipurpose dicer Cubixx 120, as well as the hand load holac-portion cutting machine Sect 230  have recently been developed for a wide range of meat processing applications. Both machines do include state-of-the-art technology, whereby particular attention was paid to customer-focused requirements and stringent sanitation aspects.

• the Cubixx 120 is equipped with a large loading chamber with the dimensions of 120*120*570 mm and an integrated pre-loading chamber.
• The loading chamber is opened and closed by a manually operated lateral pre-press-block, which ensures an easier and improved filling degree of the loading chamber.
• The basic version of the Cubixx 120 is equipped with a touch screen.
• The integrated discharge conveyor has been designed under most stringent specifications with regard to ergonomics and operability. The discharge conveyor base frame remains in the machines while the belt is removed for daily cleaning procedure.
• The blade chamber door opens electrically by the touch of a button and is reclosed just by pushing it back to the frame.
• The Cubixx 120 is equipped as a standard with an automatic lubrication system (grid and blade drive) to reduce its service to a minimum.
• Besides German and European safety regulations, the machine is in conformity with US-regulations (USA).

• The brand-new and unique 30° loading chamber of the Sect 230 ensures perfect fixation and guidance of any product while moving forward and being cutting off.
• The blade of the Sect 230 has been designed with no separate bushing for easier handling.
• The Sect 230 is available with an integrated discharge conveyor and touch screen*.
• As a standard the Sect 230 is equipped with an automatic lubrication system (blade drive) to minimize maintenance.
• The machine operates with continuous or intermittent product feeding system, which can be chosen depending on type of product, cutting thickness and blade type requirements.
• The Sect 230 can be moved as equipped with a set of rear wheels*.
• All "smart-slice functions" are included as a standard feature (dividing - sectioning - grouping).
• Besides all relevant German and European safety regulations, the machine is also in conformity with US-regulations (USA).
