The second generation Cheesixx as part of the wide holac-range of cheese cutting machines offers significant new features even on such a small and semi automatic unit. Just one of the ongoing modifications is the recently developed pneumatically powered loading chamber closing plate which easily allows the loading procedure. The Cheesixx will suit a variety of different products, cut sizes and different types of cheese and is therefore in line with the larger automatic cheese cutting machines available in holac?s range of products. The main difference is the manual loading as well as the need to pre-cut larger cheese blocks in order to fit to loading chamber dimensions.
